1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Turbo Proxy ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the proxy services provided by Turbo Proxy for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the proxies for any illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, breach, or test the security of our systems
• Resell or redistribute proxies without explicit permission
• Use proxies to send spam, malware, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service

3. Service Description

Turbo Proxy provides proxy services including IPv4, IPv6, SOCKS5, and Residential proxies. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Proxies are provided on a subscription basis with various duration options.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in USD through cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20). By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• All cryptocurrency payments require admin verification before activation
• Payments are non-refundable except in cases of service failure
• You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address
• Account balance does not expire but unused proxies will expire based on subscription period

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the proxies do not meet the advertised specifications. Refund requests must be submitted via Telegram support. Refunds are issued to your account balance, not back to cryptocurrency wallets.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities including hacking, fraud, or identity theft
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Child exploitation or any illegal content
• DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Bypassing authentication or security measures

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Turbo Proxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 30 days.

10. Privacy and Data

We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide the service. Your data is protected and never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
